Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Diversity & Inclusion Associate to join our team in Vadodara. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Com graduate eager to contribute to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace within the building materials sector. You will support the implementation of D&I initiatives and help drive a culture of belonging.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of Diversity & Inclusion programs and initiatives.
Support data collection and analysis related to diversity metrics and employee engagement.
Help organize D&I awareness campaigns, workshops, and events.
Conduct research on best practices in Diversity & Inclusion relevant to the building materials industry.
Contribute to the creation of inclusive communication materials.
Provide administrative support to the D&I team.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate D&I principles into company policies and practices.
