Diversity & Inclusion - Electronics Manufacturing (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Diversity & Inclusion Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Arts degree and will be instrumental in developing and implementing initiatives that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace within our electronics manufacturing operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills to drive cultural change and ensure all employees feel valued and respected.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and execution of D&I strategies and programs aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Support the implementation of inclusive hiring practices and talent management processes.
- Conduct research and analysis on diversity metrics and trends, providing insights and recommendations.
- Organize and facilitate D&I awareness training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, employee resource groups (ERGs), and leadership, to promote D&I initiatives.
- Help in developing communication strategies to effectively promote D&I efforts and successes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of D&I programs, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in diversity, equity, and inclusion within the manufacturing sector.
