Diversity & Inclusion Lead

GreenLeaf Fibers is seeking a passionate and experienced Diversity & Inclusion Lead to champion our commitment to fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of our organization. You will work closely with leadership and employees to cultivate an inclusive culture that reflects the richness of our global community and drives innovation. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive D&I strategies aligned with company goals.
• Design and deliver D&I training programs for employees and leadership.
• Advise on inclusive hiring practices and talent acquisition strategies.
• Measure and report on D&I progress, identifying areas for improvement.
• Foster employee resource groups and promote inclusive community building.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for D&I initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing D&I strategies, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of D&I best practices, legal considerations, and current trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in the pulp and paper industry is a plus, but not required.
