Diversity & Inclusion Lead

Role Summary: Cult.fit is seeking a passionate and experienced Diversity & Inclusion Lead to champion and embed inclusive practices across our organization. This role will be instrumental in fostering a workplace culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best. You will develop and execute strategies that promote diversity in recruitment, employee engagement, and leadership development, aligning with our mission to make fitness accessible to all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive D&I strategies and initiatives aligned with Cult.fit's business objectives and values.
• Drive inclusive recruitment practices to attract and retain a diverse talent pool across all levels of the organization.
• Design and deliver D&I training programs for employees and leadership to raise awareness and build inclusive behaviors.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders to integrate D&I principles into all people processes (e.g., performance management, compensation, employee relations).
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of D&I initiatives and report on progress to senior leadership.
• Foster employee resource groups (ERGs) and provide support for their activities and initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert and advisor on D&I matters, guiding the organization through complex challenges.
• Stay abreast of D&I best practices, trends, and legal requirements relevant to the Indian context.
