Diversity & Inclusion Lead

Role Summary: Nykaa is seeking a passionate and experienced Diversity & Inclusion Lead to champion and implement initiatives that foster a more inclusive and equitable workplace. This role will be instrumental in shaping our company culture, ensuring representation across all levels, and driving D&I best practices within our rapidly growing beauty and lifestyle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive Diversity & Inclusion strategy aligned with Nykaa's business objectives and values.

Design and implement programs and initiatives to promote diversity in recruitment, retention, and career development.

Conduct D&I training and workshops for employees and leadership to raise awareness and build inclusive behaviors.

Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to embed D&I principles into all people processes.

Track, analyze, and report on D&I metrics and progress to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement.

Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on D&I matters, providing guidance and support across the organization.

Foster an inclusive culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best.

Stay abreast of D&I trends, best practices, and relevant legislation in the Indian context.
