Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to join our team in Mangalore. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement D&I strategies aligned with company goals and values.
- Conduct research and analysis on diversity metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and deliver D&I training programs and workshops for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure inclusive recruitment and retention practices.
- Organize and support employee resource groups (ERGs) and D&I events.
- Advise leadership on D&I best practices and challenges.
- Monitor and report on the progress of D&I initiatives.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and industry best practices related to diversity and inclusion.
