Diversity & Inclusion Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to champion and drive our D&I initiatives across Havells India. This role will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive workplace culture that celebrates diversity, promotes equal opportunities, and ensures all employees feel valued and respected. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to develop, implement, and monitor D&I strategies aligned with our business objectives and Indian labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive D&I strategies and programs tailored to the Indian context.
2. Conduct D&I training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.
3. Analyze workforce data to identify D&I metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to integrate D&I principles into recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement processes.
5. Ensure compliance with Indian diversity and anti-discrimination laws and regulations.
6. Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns related to diversity and inclusion.
7. Promote an inclusive culture through communication campaigns and employee resource groups (ERGs).
8. Measure the effectiveness of D&I initiatives and report on progress to senior management.
