Diversity & Inclusion Specialist - BPM Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to join our growing team in Jaipur. This role is crucial in fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace culture within our BPM operations. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing initiatives that promote diversity across all levels of the organization. This position is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of experience and a strong foundation in technology, ideally with an MCA degree, looking to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategies and programs.
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities related to diversity and inclusion.
- Support the planning and implementation of D&I training sessions and workshops for employees and management.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure D&I principles are integrated into recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement processes.
- Help organize and promote D&I events and awareness campaigns.
- Track and report on key D&I metrics and progress towards organizational goals.
- Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in diversity and inclusion, particularly within the BPM and Indian talent landscape.
- Utilize analytical skills gained from MCA to interpret data and provide insights for D&I initiatives.
- Contribute to building an inclusive culture where all employees feel valued and respected.
