Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Dock Master with 1-3 years of experience for our facility in Thane. The ideal candidate will hold an M.Pharma degree and be responsible for the efficient and safe management of incoming and outgoing materials at the company's docks. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring smooth operational flow within the chemical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dock area, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
- Inspect incoming materials for quality, quantity, and proper documentation, adhering to strict quality control protocols.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the inventory management system, updating stock levels and tracking movements.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to material handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at the docks, enforcing all safety regulations and procedures.
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation for shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and material transfer forms.
