Doctorate/PhD Level Lab Assistant role in Clinical Research / Contract Research (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our clinical research team as a Lab Assistant. This role involves supporting laboratory operations, conducting experiments, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of research data. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of laboratory techniques and protocols in a clinical research setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and experiments under the supervision of senior scientists.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and culture media according to established protocols.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functioning and calibration.
- Record experimental data accurately and meticulously in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems.
- Assist in sample processing, storage, and retrieval.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and laboratory standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Contribute to the development and optimization of new laboratory methods.
- Participate in data analysis and interpretation as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
