Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility. A background in M.Pharma will be advantageous for understanding the technical documentation related to our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a robust document control system for all project phases.

Receive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documents, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.

Ensure all documents are reviewed for compliance with company standards and project requirements.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date document register and transmittal logs.

Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.

Manage the version control of all project documents.

Support the preparation of project reports and close-out documentation.

Conduct regular audits of the document control system to ensure its effectiveness.

Assist in the training of new personnel on document control procedures.
