Documentation Executive

We are seeking a diligent and organized Documentation Executive with 4-6 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards. This role requires a proactive approach to document control and a keen eye for detail, supporting our ongoing infrastructure and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize project documentation, including drawings, reports, permits, and correspondence.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed, indexed, and retrievable.
• Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage document control systems and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Track document revisions and ensure the latest versions are distributed.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary information for documentation.
• Support project managers in administrative tasks related to documentation.
