Downstream Operations Specialist

Role Summary: The Downstream Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the post-production and delivery aspects of Ola Electric's products. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient supply chain management, timely delivery to customers, and effective after-sales support, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational excellence within the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the logistics of vehicle distribution from manufacturing plants to dealerships and end customers across various regions in India.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery timelines and reduce transportation costs.
- Oversee inventory management for finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing holding costs.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless handover process to customers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to downstream operations, such as delivery lead times, cost per delivery, and customer feedback.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the downstream supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards for vehicle transportation and delivery.
- Support the development and implementation of after-sales service processes, including warranty claims and repair logistics.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the downstream operations department.
