Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our downstream operations team. This role will involve supporting various aspects of our post-manufacturing processes, including logistics, supply chain coordination, and customer service liaison within the auto components sector. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient flow of products from our manufacturing units to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of auto components.
* Manage inventory levels and oversee warehousing operations for finished goods.
* Process customer orders and provide support for inquiries and issue resolution.
* Assist in the development and implementation of downstream process improvements.
* Prepare reports on downstream operational performance, including delivery times, costs, and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards in downstream operations.
* Collaborate with suppliers and transport providers to optimize delivery routes and costs.
* Maintain accurate records of all downstream activities.
