Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and creative Drama/Theater Teacher to develop and deliver engaging drama programs for our employees. This role aims to foster creativity, improve communication skills, and build team cohesion within our aviation organization. The teacher will be responsible for designing curriculum, conducting workshops, and facilitating performances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive drama curriculum tailored for adult learners in a corporate aviation setting.
- Conduct engaging workshops focusing on improvisation, scriptwriting, acting techniques, voice projection, and stage presence.
- Develop and direct short theatrical productions or skits that can be used for internal communication, team-building events, or employee engagement activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants to enhance their performance and confidence.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where participants feel comfortable exploring their creativity.
- Collaborate with HR and internal communications teams to align drama programs with company objectives.
- Manage workshop logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant registration.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in drama education and corporate training.
