Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Drama/Theater Teacher to join our team. This role will be instrumental in fostering creativity, communication, and collaborative skills among our employees through engaging theater workshops and activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of theatrical principles and a proven ability to inspire and guide participants of all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging drama and theater workshops tailored to the needs of a corporate environment.
- Develop curriculum and lesson plans that focus on improvisation, acting techniques, scriptwriting, and stagecraft.
- Facilitate activities that enhance public speaking, confidence building, and interpersonal communication.
- Organize and direct small-scale theatrical productions or performances.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants.
- Manage workshop logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
