Drama / Theater Teacher

Role Summary:
Larsen & Toubro is seeking a passionate and experienced Drama/Theater Teacher to lead and develop our employee enrichment programs. This role will focus on fostering creativity, communication, and team-building skills through theatrical arts for our diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dramatic principles and experience in facilitating engaging workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive drama and theater curriculum tailored for adult learners.
- Conduct engaging workshops focusing on improvisation, acting techniques, scriptwriting, and stagecraft.
- Develop and direct theatrical productions or performances for internal company events.
- Foster a creative and inclusive learning environment that encourages self-expression and collaboration.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage workshop logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and venue setup.
- Promote participation in drama activities across various departments and levels within the organization.
- Collaborate with HR and employee engagement teams to align programs with company objectives.
