Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging drama and theater workshops for diverse employee groups, focusing on themes relevant to teamwork, customer service, and innovation in the urban transport industry.
- Develop creative exercises and role-playing scenarios that enhance communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving approaches, akin to those used in engineering, to structure lesson plans and assess participant progress.
- Collaborate with HR and training departments to align drama/theater activities with organizational development goals.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages experimentation and self-expression.
