Drama / Theater Teacher - Full-Time Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive drama and theater curriculum tailored for adult learners in a corporate setting.
- Conduct regular workshops and training sessions focusing on improvisation, scriptwriting, acting techniques, voice modulation, and stage presence.
- Organize and direct theatrical productions or performances for internal company events, fostering a sense of community and creativity.
- Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their dramatic and communication skills.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to align programs with company objectives for employee engagement and skill development.
- Manage classroom/rehearsal space, resources, and scheduling effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in drama education and corporate training.
