Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Drama / Theater Teacher with 2-3 years of experience to join our institution in Nagpur. While the primary focus is on drama and theatre education, we are open to candidates with a B.Pharma background who possess a strong aptitude and demonstrated interest in performing arts and education. This role involves developing and delivering engaging drama curriculum, fostering creativity, and nurturing young talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive drama and theatre lesson plans suitable for various age groups.

Conduct engaging workshops and classes focusing on acting techniques, improvisation, script analysis, and stagecraft.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to enhance their performance skills.

Organize and direct student productions, including rehearsals and performances.

Foster a creative, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Collaborate with faculty and administration on curriculum development and school-wide events.

Assess student progress through observation, performance, and written assignments, leveraging analytical skills potentially honed during B.Pharma studies.

Stay updated with current trends and best practices in drama education.
