Draughtsman (2-3 Yrs) role in Recruitment / Staffing

Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Draughtsman with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our Ahmedabad team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings and designs for our recruitment and staffing solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into precise visual representations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics using CAD software.
• Interpret blueprints, technical sketches, and design specifications.
• Collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into visual designs.
• Modify existing drawings based on feedback and revisions.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards and company guidelines.
• Maintain organized drawing archives and documentation.
• Assist in the creation of visual aids for presentations and marketing materials.
