Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dredge Master / Mate with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent postgraduate with a keen interest in contributing to the operational efficiency of our medical device manufacturing and logistics. The Dredge Master / Mate will be responsible for assisting in the precise handling, tracking, and management of critical materials and equipment, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the meticulous inspection, logging, and inventory management of incoming and outgoing materials, components, and finished medical devices.
- Support the Dredge Master in daily operational tasks, including material staging, kitting, and delivery to production lines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, material movements, and quality control checks using company systems.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of all materials to prevent damage, contamination, or loss.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and reconciliation activities.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory guidelines relevant to the medical device industry.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in identifying and reporting any discrepancies, quality issues, or potential risks related to material handling and inventory.
