Dredge Master / Mate

Role Summary:
We are seeking experienced Dredge Masters / Mates to oversee and manage dredging operations for our marine and infrastructure projects across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of dredging vessels, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. This role requires strong leadership, navigational skills, and a deep understanding of dredging techniques and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct all aspects of dredging operations, including vessel navigation, positioning, and material discharge.

Ensure the safe operation of the dredge and associated equipment, adhering to all maritime regulations and company safety policies.

Manage crew performance, provide training, and ensure effective communication onboard.

Monitor dredging progress, production rates, and environmental compliance.

Maintain accurate logs and records of operations, including vessel movements, dredging volumes, and any incidents.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Oversee routine maintenance and minor repairs of the dredging equipment and vessel.
