We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dredge Master / Mate with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Pharma qualification to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial for managing and overseeing dredging operations within our facility management services, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical background to understand material handling and quality control aspects relevant to specialized cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate dredging activities, ensuring efficient operation of dredging equipment.
• Conduct pre-operation checks and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Monitor dredging processes to maintain optimal performance and achieve project targets.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, protocols, and environmental guidelines.
• Maintain accurate logs of dredging operations, including material moved, equipment performance, and any incidents.
• Apply knowledge of material handling and quality control principles, relevant to pharmaceutical standards, to specialized facility maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of dredging projects.
• Collaborate with the facility management team to integrate dredging operations with overall site maintenance.
