Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimations for dredging activities.
- Monitor project expenditures and track expenses against budget, reporting any variances.
- Coordinate with site teams to gather operational data and performance metrics.
- Support the scheduling of dredging equipment and personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of dredging operations, including material moved, hours worked, and fuel consumption.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards on dredging sites.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement of materials and services.
- Conduct basic financial analysis of project performance.
- Support the management in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
