Dredging Superintendent

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Dredging Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of dredging operations for our infrastructure investment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dredging techniques, equipment, safety protocols, and project management within the context of large-scale civil engineering and maritime projects. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive dredging plans and schedules in alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Supervise and manage all on-site dredging activities, including equipment operation, material handling, and disposal.

Manage and lead a team of dredging operators, engineers, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
