Dredging Superintendent (3-4 Yrs) role in Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Dredging Superintendent with 3-4 years of experience, holding a B.Pharma degree, to join our team in Mangalore. The Dredging Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of dredging operations to ensure efficient and safe execution of projects within our pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical processes, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily dredging activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

Monitor and manage the safe operation of dredging equipment and machinery.

Implement and enforce strict safety procedures and environmental regulations during all operations.

Conduct regular inspections of dredging sites and equipment, identifying and rectifying any potential hazards or operational issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control, and environmental health and safety (EHS) departments.

Maintain accurate records of dredging activities, material quantities, and equipment performance.

Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Troubleshoot operational problems and implement corrective actions promptly.
