We are looking for a motivated Drilling Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for an individual who has completed their undergraduate degree in engineering and is eager to contribute to innovative projects in the emerging technologies sector, specifically within our oil and gas exploration division. You will work under experienced professionals to support and execute drilling operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of drilling programs.
Monitor drilling operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Analyze drilling data and prepare daily reports.
Collaborate with geologists, rig personnel, and other engineers.
Participate in post-well analysis and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
