Drilling Engineer (2-3 Yrs) for ONGC

Role Summary:
ONGC is seeking a motivated Drilling Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of drilling programs and workover plans.
- Monitor daily drilling operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Analyze drilling data, including mud logs, directional surveys, and well performance.
- Participate in cost estimation and budget tracking for drilling projects, leveraging M.Com knowledge for financial oversight.
- Evaluate drilling equipment and technology for optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with various teams, including geologists, reservoir engineers, and service providers.
- Prepare daily drilling reports and contribute to post-well analysis and reporting.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize non-productive time (NPT).
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in drilling technology and best practices.
