Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Drilling Engineer to join our innovative team. This role will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing our drilling operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in the production of specialized furniture components and structural elements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of drilling techniques, materials science, and project management within a manufacturing context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement drilling plans and procedures for furniture component manufacturing.
- Operate and maintain drilling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments related to drilling activities.
- Monitor drilling progress, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure drilling specifications meet product requirements.
- Manage inventory of drilling consumables and tools.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental policies.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement repair strategies.
