Drilling Engineer (3-5 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Drilling Engineer with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our team in Hyderabad. This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing drilling operations for our infrastructure projects within the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial aspects related to project execution and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of drilling projects, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Develop and implement drilling plans, budgets, and schedules, with a keen eye on financial feasibility and cost control.

Analyze project costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure profitability.

Manage procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions.

Monitor drilling performance, analyze data, and generate reports on operational efficiency and financial outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and operations, to ensure project success.
