Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Drilling Engineer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our innovative team in Pune. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-2 years of experience looking to apply advanced research and analytical skills to novel challenges within the broadcasting infrastructure domain. You will be instrumental in designing, optimizing, and overseeing specialized drilling operations critical to our expanding network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop innovative drilling methodologies for underground cable installations and structural support in diverse terrains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, technical specifications, and feasibility studies for new infrastructure projects.
- Design and optimize drilling plans, considering geological data, environmental impact, and safety regulations specific to India.
- Oversee and supervise on-site drilling operations, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges encountered during drilling operations, leveraging your advanced academic background.
- Contribute to the development of intellectual property and technical documentation related to drilling technologies and infrastructure deployment.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in drilling engineering, materials science, and related fields to drive continuous improvement.
