Due Diligence Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Due Diligence Analyst to join our team in Surat. This role is crucial for assessing potential investments and partnerships within the dynamic Indian pulp and paper sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Pharma background to bring a unique perspective to understanding product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiencies, particularly in areas where pharmaceutical quality standards might intersect with manufacturing processes or supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence investigations on target companies, focusing on financial, operational, legal, and compliance aspects.
- Analyze product portfolios, manufacturing processes, and quality control mechanisms, drawing parallels from pharmaceutical industry standards where applicable.
- Evaluate regulatory compliance, including environmental, health, and safety regulations relevant to the pulp and paper industry.
- Review and assess supply chain integrity, vendor reliability, and raw material sourcing strategies.
- Prepare detailed due diligence reports, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal legal, finance, and operational teams to gather information and validate findings.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform due diligence assessments.
- Support the negotiation and structuring of potential transactions.
