Role Summary: The Due Diligence Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations and assessments of potential business partners, suppliers, and investment opportunities within the packaging and containers industry in India. This role is critical in mitigating risks and ensuring compliance for strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential clients, suppliers, and strategic partners, focusing on financial health, operational capabilities, legal compliance, and market reputation within the Indian packaging sector.
- Analyze financial statements, business records, and legal documents to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Research industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments relevant to the packaging and containers industry in India.
- Prepare detailed due diligence reports with clear findings, risk assessments, and recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on due diligence processes.
- Monitor ongoing compliance and performance of existing partners and suppliers.
- Stay updated on relevant Indian laws, regulations, and best practices in corporate governance and risk management.
