Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual with a B.Des degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence processes within the Defence & Aerospace sector, ensuring compliance, identifying risks, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on potential partners, suppliers, and acquisition targets within the defence and aerospace industry.
Assess financial, operational, legal, and reputational risks associated with various engagements.
Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, engineering) to gather necessary information and validate data.
Utilize design thinking principles to analyze complex information and present findings clearly.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Support the development and implementation of due diligence frameworks and methodologies.
