The ideal candidate will possess an M.Sc degree and have a strong understanding of the Ports & Shipping industry in India. This role involves conducting thorough investigations and assessments to support strategic decision-making, risk mitigation, and compliance within our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential partners, suppliers, and acquisition targets within the Ports & Shipping sector.
- Analyze financial statements, operational data, and market intelligence to identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed due diligence reports, summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with internal legal, finance, and operations teams to gather information and validate findings.
- Monitor and assess the performance of existing business relationships and investments.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the Indian Ports & Shipping market.
- Support the development and implementation of risk management frameworks.
