Duty Manager (1-3 Yrs) | Thane

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Duty Manager with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of our plant facilities in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational efficiency, quality control, and team coordination, contributing to the overall success of the building material production process. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial processes and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day plant operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with various departments, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance, to resolve operational issues.
- Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address potential problems.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new operational strategies.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and implement contingency plans as needed.
