Duty Manager

Role Summary: The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations of the gaming platform, ensuring smooth functioning, player satisfaction, and adherence to company policies. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen understanding of the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operational activities of the gaming platform.

Monitor game performance, server stability, and user experience.

Respond to and resolve player issues, complaints, and feedback promptly.

Coordinate with technical, marketing, and customer support teams to address operational challenges.

Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.

Generate reports on operational metrics, player engagement, and performance trends.

Assist in the planning and execution of in-game events and promotions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations and industry standards.
