Duty Manager

Role Summary: The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital during their shift, ensuring efficient patient care, staff coordination, and adherence to hospital policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate hospital operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless patient flow and service delivery.
• Supervise and guide nursing staff, administrative personnel, and support services during the shift.
• Address and resolve patient complaints, staff issues, and operational challenges promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments (e.g., Emergency, ICU, OPD) to ensure efficient patient management.
• Monitor resource allocation and utilization, including staffing, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations and incidents.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing patient safety and satisfaction.
