Duty Manager - Banking Sector (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Duty Manager with 3-4 years of experience in the banking sector to oversee daily operations at our Nagpur branch. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the branch, manage customer service, and support the branch management team in achieving operational excellence and regulatory compliance. This role requires a graduate with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including customer service, transaction processing, and branch security.
- Manage and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Supervise and guide branch staff during shifts, providing support and direction.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in cash management, vault operations, and ATM services.
- Maintain a secure and compliant branch environment.
- Support branch managers in implementing new initiatives and operational changes.
- Train and mentor junior staff on operational procedures and customer service standards.
