Duty Manager | M.Pharma Professionals | Jaipur

We are seeking an experienced and diligent Duty Manager to oversee manufacturing operations at our Jaipur facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and a proven ability to manage a team and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient production schedules and upholding the company's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day manufacturing activities on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.

Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with cGMP, EHS, and regulatory guidelines.

Monitor production processes, identify deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Manage and mentor a team of production personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Oversee equipment operation, maintenance, and validation activities.

Prepare and review batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and other relevant documentation.

Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and other departments to resolve production-related issues.

Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols.
