eCommerce Executive

Role Summary: The eCommerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online sales channels for our digital products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the Indian eCommerce landscape, digital marketing, and customer experience to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
• Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions across all online marketplaces and company-owned websites.
• Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure competitive pricing and product offerings.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the online purchase journey, from browsing to post-purchase support.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on eCommerce performance for senior management.
