Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced eCommerce Executive with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and data analysis, particularly within the urban transport sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement online promotional campaigns and advertising efforts.
- Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and customer service to ensure a positive post-purchase experience.
