Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven eCommerce Manager to lead and optimize our online sales channels. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive traffic, conversion rates, and revenue growth for our digital platforms. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to maximize online sales and profitability.
- Manage and optimize the company's online store, ensuring a user-friendly interface, compelling product presentation, and efficient checkout process.
- Drive traffic to the eCommerce platform through various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
- Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Oversee the customer journey from discovery to post-purchase, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT, operations) to align eCommerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
