Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven eCommerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and manage all aspects of our digital storefronts. This role requires a deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape within the Indian market and a passion for sustainable mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's online store, including product listings, content management, and inventory synchronization.
- Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Optimize the customer journey from acquisition to conversion and retention, ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, operations) to ensure alignment on eCommerce initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage online payment gateways, order fulfillment processes, and customer service related to online sales.
- Track and report on key eCommerce metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
