Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented eCommerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing conversion rates, and enhancing the overall customer experience on our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, merchandising, and customer analytics within the Indian retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment coordination.
• Drive online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing, to increase website traffic and customer acquisition.
• Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilize analytics tools to generate reports and actionable insights.
• Optimize the user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) of the website to enhance customer journey and maximize sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices in the Indian market.
