The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree and 2-4 years of experience in managing and growing eCommerce platforms, specifically within the auto components sector. This role is crucial for driving online sales, enhancing customer experience, and expanding our digital footprint in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Manage all aspects of the company's online presence, including website content, product listings, and promotions on various eCommerce platforms.
Analyze eCommerce data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless online customer journeys and effective campaign execution.
Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service for online channels.
Stay updated with the latest eCommerce technologies, tools, and best practices relevant to the auto components industry in India.
Manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
