eCommerce Manager - Urban Transport (Nasik) - 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented eCommerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales channels within the urban transport sector. This role is crucial for driving online revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring seamless digital operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and a passion for sustainable mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies to meet sales targets and market penetration goals.

Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions across all online sales platforms (company website, marketplaces, etc.).

Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.

Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the online purchase journey, from browsing to post-sale support.

Monitor competitor activities and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Manage relationships with third-party eCommerce partners and vendors.

Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery.

Prepare regular reports on eCommerce performance for senior management.
