We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our team as an eCommerce Operations Associate. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our digital platforms and transaction processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in operations, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of basic operational workflows, even with a 12th-grade education. You will be responsible for managing daily operational tasks, supporting various departments, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our eCommerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities related to our online platform.
- Process and track transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., finance, sales) to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational processes.
- Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures and tools.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics.
- Provide support for customer inquiries related to order processing and fulfillment.
