Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations professional to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing and managing various aspects of our digital commerce operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and enhance the overall online customer experience within the NBFC sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for eCommerce processes.
* Manage third-party vendor relationships and performance related to eCommerce operations (e.g., payment gateways, logistics partners).
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in eCommerce transactions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruption to customers.
* Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the online customer experience and driving sales growth.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in eCommerce operations and the NBFC industry.
